Of the Months (OTMs)
An OTM award is a monthly nomination of a great program, staff member, student community, or organization. OTMs are written to recognize the commitments to the residence halls and to encourage continued efforts to positively impact the housing community.
In short, OTMs are how residence hall leaders say “good job” to the members of their communities and campus. Recognizing the accomplishments of those around you can help to live out the value of recognition.
If the form is unavailable or you are still drafting your submission use an OTM template to help guide you for the information needed for a nomination.
